SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery
All paid orders are dispatched the next working day, except Express orders placed before 1 PM, which are dispatched the same working day. Standard delivery takes up to 5 working days, while Express delivery uses a 24-hour courier service (Monday–Friday, UK mainland only) and requires a signature. Delivery occurs between 8 AM and 7 PM, and missed deliveries may incur additional costs. Adverse weather and remote locations may affect delivery times and costs. Upon receipt, inspect your order within 7 days and report any damages for investigation.
Returns
Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Unsealed or used items are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Include a copy of the invoice and a note detailing the reason for return. Exchanges require the buyer to cover return postage costs.
