If you arrange for a re-delivery at a time convenient for you, and if the re-delivery is made at the scheduled time but no one is available to receive and sign for the consignment, you may be required to pay for the cost of the re-delivery attempt.

 

Please Note: Our warehouse is for collections only. No orders will be taken on-site, so please make sure your order is placed before arriving.

 

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery at your own cost and risk. We will exchange or refund the sales price of any unused items returned to us in their original condition. Delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Before returning items, please contact us during opening hours or via email, stating your reason for the return. Once we have received the items in their original condition, we will process your refund.

If we arrange the return of non-faulty goods, the return carriage cost will be deducted from your refund.

If your goods are incorrect, faulty, or damaged upon delivery, we will exchange the items or issue a full refund.

Ordering Information

Order Confirmation Once we receive your order and full payment, we will send an email confirmation. This email forms a legally binding contract.

Order Cancellation You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the date you receive the goods. You must notify us in writing or by phone. If goods are dispatched before cancellation, they must be returned at your cost and risk.

Refunds Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving returned goods in their original condition.

 

Delivery Details

• Express Orders: Orders placed before 1 pm (Monday-Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders after 1 pm are dispatched the next working day.

• Standard Service: Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, excluding bank holidays and Christmas week.

 

Attempted Deliveries If a delivery is attempted but no one is available to receive it, the courier will leave a card. Please contact the depot promptly to rearrange delivery. Undelivered parcels are held for 3 days before being returned to us, and further charges may apply.

Prices and Payment

Prices are quoted in GBP, excluding VAT. Delivery charges are applied at checkout. Payments are accepted via:

• Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Visa Debit (UK issued)

• Maestro (UK issued)

• Solo
