Delivery
All paid orders are dispatched the next working day, except Express orders placed before 1 PM, which are dispatched the same working day. Standard delivery takes up to 5 working days, while Express delivery uses a 24-hour courier service (Monday–Friday, UK mainland only) and requires a signature. Delivery occurs between 8 AM and 7 PM, and missed deliveries may incur additional costs. Adverse weather and remote locations may affect delivery times and costs. Returns
Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Unsealed or used items are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Include a copy of the invoice and a note detailing the reason for return. Exchanges require the buyer to cover return postage costs.
