Ordering: Once we receive your order and payment in full (including any applicable delivery charges) we will email you to confirm acceptance to the address provided on your order details. Right for you to cancel your order: You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give any reason for cancelling your contract, although it would be appreciated if a reason were provide, and will not have to pay a penalty. To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing or verbally over the telephone. If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods and the amounts to be recredited to you.
Liability: If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in by telephone or in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive the goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by telephone or in writing at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify a problem to us in this regard, our only obligation will be, at your option:-
(a) To make good any shortage or non-delivery - within 14 days
(b) To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective - within 14 days or
(c) To refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under the previous paragraph.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Dispatch: All express orders received up to 1pm Monday-Friday (except Bank Holidays & Christmas week) are usually dispatched in the same day using our express service, unless otherwise stated and are subject to stock availability. All completed orders received after 1pm Monday - Friday shall be dispatched the following working day unless stated otherwise and are subject to stock availability.
Minimum Order Charge: We do not have a minimum order charge.
Standard Service: All Deliveries on our standard service will be made Monday-Friday, 8am to 6pm. (Except Bank Holidays & Christmas week). Couriers are experiencing high demand for their services. Next working day service cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note due to adverse weather conditions we cannot guarantee next working day delivery to some parts of the UK. Some of our smaller, lightweight items may be delivered using the Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post service.
Delivery Charges our standard mainland UK delivery charges excluding Highlands & Offshore locations are based on the Subtotal value of your order excluding VAT at the checkout. Please see below how our delivery charges are worked out.
Attempted delivery’s: In the event that a delivery is attempted on the scheduled day and there is no one available to receive and sign for the consignment, the courier will leave a card. This card will offer you alternative means by which to receive your delivery. It is vitally important that you quickly contact the delivery depot to re-arrange a time that is suitable to you. If you arrange for a re-delivery at a time convenient and if the re-delivery is made at the scheduled time and there is no-one to receive and sign for the consignment then you may be required to pay for the cost of the re-delivery attempt. The undelivered consignment will be held at your local depot for a further 3 days, but if the depot is not contacted within this time frame the consignment will be sent back to us and you may incur further charges for this delivery back to our warehouse.
Any damaged or incomplete deliveries should be reported to us within 48 hours.
Please ensure that your goods are inspected prior to signature for loss or damage.

Collecting from our warehouse: If you would like to collect goods from our warehouse, please arrange a convenient time with one of our sales team. Collections can be made Monday - Friday, 11am-4pm. All dimensions and weights given are those supplied by the manufacturers and are deemed to be accurate. However, if you have any queries please call or email prior to placing an order. If you are dissatisfied with an item you may of course return it. (Subject to conditions of returns.)
Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the order you have received from us you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery at your cost and risk. We will exchange or refund the sales price of any unused items returned to us, as sold in their original condition, we cannot refund delivery charges. Before returning items please telephone us during opening hours or send us an email stating your reason. Once we have received back the items in their original condition we shall process your refund.If we arrange the return of non-faulty goods to us, then the cost price of the return carriage will be deducted from the refund due to you.
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery, we will exchange the items or issue a full refund to you.
If we are unable to supply any of the goods ordered and you are unwilling to accept a delay in delivery we shall offer an immediate refund.
